Abstract
We report the first observation of , a Cabibbo- and color-suppressed decay. This analysis is based on events collected at the resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB energy-asymmetric collider. The measured branching fraction is and the charge asymmetry is . The ratio of the branching fractions is also determined.
