A purpose of my research is to measure the vehicle speed with only single camera in the night. In order to do camera calibration for measurement of speed, some information of a situation are necessary. Generally, it is difficult to obtain these information from the picture taken in the night with camera. We developed auto image calibration for night. What need to do calibration and measure is only single camera. When a vehicle come to road, we can see some information of the picture by a headlight of vehicle. Therefore, this system gather the necessary information from a movie including coming vehicle for calibration. Then, this system calculates a parameter of homography by these information. By this homography, we can calculate the vehicle speed from the picture. And the measurement system is automatic completely. In this paper, we show the method of how to calculate the parameter of homography.
