The cellular link immune system (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 / CD8, CD19 +, CD16 + CD56 +, CD3 + HLA-DR +) was studied in 16 patients suffering from cirrhosis of the liver before and after stimulation of regeneration of liver tissue cryoprecipitate. The control group consisted of 10 patients, a cellular link, they were examined before and one year after conservative therapy. According to the results of our study, in patients with cirrhosis of viral etiology, Class A, B and C by Child-Pugh, marked activation of cellular and humoral immune system in 3 months after the administration of cryoprecipitate in the liver. In patients without virus infection after 3 months was revealed activation of T cellmediated immune system, due to suppression of helper and cytotoxic lymphocyte population. Subpopulation of lymphocytes (HLADR +), which indicates the activation of the immune process, according to our data, decreased after 3 months stimulate the regeneration of cirrhotic liver, in both study groups. A year later, after the introduction of cryoprecipitate in the liver, the activity of cellular and humoral immunity persisted in 2 study groups, by reducing the cytotoxic lymphocyte population. Comparing these results with the clinical and laboratory data, we observed a normalization of blood biochemical parameters, the absence of jaundice, decreased viral load (PCR). A year later, all 10 patients in the control group, marked immunodeficiency, due to an increase of cytotoxic lymphocyte subpopulations, increased late activation marker (HLADR +) and decrease humoral immunity. Thus, cryoprecipitate entered intrahepatically patients with cirrhosis of the liver, Class A, B, C on the Child-Pugh, activates cellular and humoral immunity during the year, reducing the activity of liver disease. Reduced cell mediated immune system in patients with decompensated cirrhosis of the class C ChildPugh, is an unfavorable factor leading to death.
