Study of allergenic and locally irritant action of preparation “Eferol, spray”

The aim of this study was a research of the allergenic and locally irritating effect of the drug "Eferol spray".
Methods. Possible allergenic and locally irritating effect was studied using the method of skin application, on the model of "general anaphylaxis reaction (anaphylactic shock)", on the model of "conjunctival sample", as well as using indirect test degranulation of mast cells.
Results. It was noted the presence of study drug "Eferol, spray” certain allergenic potential, identified in the study of allergenic effect on the model of "general anaphylaxis reaction". It was found the ability of the researched drug to induce delayed hypersensitivity reaction with repeated enteral introduction. The drug "Eferol spray" does not have skin sensibility activity in the study by cutaneous applications and conjunctival samples.
