In article were shown the development of immunology in Belarus and the history of the Clinical Immunology and Allergology Department of Postgraduate Faculty of Vitebsk State Medical University. The organizational methods and methodological issues of teaching of disciplines "Clinical Immunology, Allergology", "Clinical immunopathology" were described. Theoretical and practical achievements of the department staff have been presented.
