초록

This research addresses examining effects on Customer's Perception and Behavior Intention of Airline Alliance Service. This study includes several factors such as airline alliance service, alliance service quality, customer's satisfaction, customer's loyalty and customer's behavior intention. Following the qualitative research tradition in the field, the study examines seven hypotheses. To test the hypotheses, the study analyzes reliability test, validity test, multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis. The results show that airline alliance service impacts on alliance service quality, customer's satisfaction, customer's loyalty and customer's behavior intention significantly. The results give us the importance of airline alliance service
