초록

본 연구는 한국과 베트남 대학생의 e-learning 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 변인을 찾아내어 문화적 차이를 발견하고 e-learning 환경 구축 및 교육에의 시사점을 찾는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 한국-베트남 대학생을 대상으로 e-learning 수용 태도와 컴퓨터 자기효능감, 컴퓨터 불안감, 기존 방식과의 일치성 및 그 관측변수간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 한국 대학생이 베트남 대학생에 비하여 컴퓨터 자기효능감과 기존 방식과의 일치성에서 평균이 유의하게 높은 반면, 컴퓨터 불안에서 평균은 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국 대학생과 베트남 대학생의 e-learning 수용태도에 기존 방식과의 일치성과 컴퓨터 자기효능감이 공통적으로 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, 베트남 대학생의 경우, 컴퓨터 불안도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국 대학생은 기존 방식과의 일치성 가운데 가치와 요구의 순으로, 베트남 대학생은 기존 방식과의 일치성 가운데 요구, 가치, 그리고 컴퓨터 자기효능감 가운데 자신감의 순으로 e-learning 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통하여 e-learning 수용태도를 높이기 위해서는 문화적 차이를 고려한 컴퓨터 교육 시설, 교육 내용, 교사양성이 필요하며, e-learning 결과 및 활용도에 대한 사회적 인정체계 마련이 필요함을 알 수 있다.
