본 연구는 전문 장애인 선수의 지원 서비스 요구를 질적인 관점에서 요인을 추출하고, 통계적으로 이를 검증하여 측정도구를 작성하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 2010년 현재 전문 장애인 선수로 등록되어 있는 지체장애, 뇌병변장애, 시각장애, 청각장애인을 모집단으로 설정하여, 종목별로 군집추출법(cluster sampling)을 사용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 1단계 연구에서는 종목별 78명을 대상으로 반구조화된 개방형 1차 설문조사를 실시하였고, 2단계 연구에서는 종목별 387명을 대상으로 2차 설문조사를 실시하였다. 3단계 연구에서는 종목별 209명을 대상으로 3차 설문조사를 실시하여 척도를 완성하였다. 자료분석은 1단계에서는 귀납적 내용분석을, 2단계에서는 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 이용한 탐색적 요인분석을, 3단계에서는 Amos 16.0 프로그램을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 1단계에서는 문헌분석과 응답자료를 분석한 결과로 행정·재정적 지원, 전문인력 양성 및 체계, 시설 및 프로그램, 국가대표 선출 방식, 선수복지, 홍보 및 마케팅의 6개 차원을 추출하여 구조화된 50문항을 추출하였다. 2단계에서 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 8요인 32문항으로 요인수효를 결정하였으며, RMSEA는 .068로 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 3단계에서는 ‘국가대표 선발’ 요인이 다른 요인과의 상관이 너무 크므로 이를 삭제하였다. 이후 모형의 적합도는 수용할 수 있는 수준이므로, 3차 측정모형은 적합한 것으로 판단하였다. 상기와 같은 결과를 통하여 7요인, 23문항을 최종 척도로 확정하였다.
The purpose of this study was to extract factors on a demand of support services of athletes with disabilities in a qualitative viewpoint, and to write out a measurement instrument by verifying statistically. This research set individuals with e physical disabilities, brain injures, visual impairment, and hearing impairment who are registered as a professional disabled athletes as of 2010 as a population, and extracted samples by using a cluster sampling method. The first open-type semi-structured questionnaire was carried out in the first stage research by targeting 78 athletes according to an event. The second questionnaire was carried out in the second stage of the research by targeting 387 athletes according to an event. The third questionnaire was carried out in the third stage research by targeting 209 athletes according to an event, and completed ira scale. For data analysis, the literature analysis and inductive content analysis were carried out in the first stage, the exploratory factor analysis using a program of SPSS 12.0 being carried out in the second stage, and the confirmative factor analysis using a program of Amos 16.0 was carried out in the third stage. As a result of analyzing collected material, in the first stage, six dimensions such as administrative·financial support, fostering and a system of professional manpower, facilities and programs, a selection method of national athletes, athlete's welfare, PR and marketing were extracted and thus structured 50 question items were extracted. As a result of executing an exploratory factor analysis in the second stage of the research, the eight factors and 32 question item were selected, and the RMSEA suitably appeared as .068. In the third stage, as the factor of "selection of national athletes" has too big correlation with other factors, this was deleted. It was judged that as the fit of a subsequent model is an acceptable level, the third measurement model is suitable. The seven factors and 23 question items were confirmed through the above-mentioned result.
