초록

Food travel of Jeju Island that popular tourist attraction in domestic is becoming very popular. But It seems that there is a limit to the introduction of a unique culture of Jeju Island because of the sale of commercial regional food products. Based on Jeju Island that the country's largest tourist spot, We selected local foods with regional characteristics, we selected local foods with regional characteristics and analyzed the unique colors of each food. The food color was demonstrated on NCS color distributions and NCS tone distributions by color picker through the NCS digital palette on Adobe Illustrator CS6. This makes accurate color data about local foods in Jeju Island and prepare the basic data that will facilitate color harmony in the food service landscape for future food service providers. It also stimulates consumer sentiment by increasing local food color images and it aims to provide suggestions for improving the cultural standards that can be accessed by consumers needs throughout the local food industry.
