Abstract
The study has been carried out at upper, middle and lower level of employees in Indian Telephone Industry, Allahabad and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Lucknow. The findings analysis indicates that respondents of HAL were more satisfied by the motivational factors and hence there was more job satisfaction as compare to the employees of ITI.
