이 연구는 교원이 인식하는 학교자체평가 과정요인(계획, 실행, 결과활용)과 학교자체평가 만족도와의 구조적 인과관계를 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 선행연구 검토를 통해 연구모형을 상정한 후, 교원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 최종 564부를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교자체평가 과정요인 중 자체평가 계획요인은 직접적으로 자체평가 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자체평가 계획요인은 자체평가 실행요인과 결과활용 요인을 매개로 자체평가 만족도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과로 볼 때, 자율성을 기반으로 한 학교자체평가를 통해 학교교육 책무성과 교육개선이라는 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 자체평가 과정이 유기적으로 연계되어 평가과정에 대한 교원의 평가 만족도가 향상되어야 함을 알 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to examine a structural relationship among school self evaluation plan, implementation, utilization and satisfaction. A total data of 564 teachers from 30 school in Gyeonggi-do were used in this study. Findings of this study revealed the structural relationship among school self evaluation plan, implementation, utilization and satisfaction was statistically significant. In detail, self evaluation plan factor of school self evaluation process factors did not directly affect self evaluation satisfaction. And self evaluation plan factor had a statistically significant effect on self evaluation satisfaction through self evaluation implementation factor and utilization factor. Results of this study emphasize the organic relationship of school self evaluation plan, implementation, utilization for improving school accountability.
