본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 음악 수업 전문성 향상을 위한 음악 수업 설계 컨설팅 사례를분석하였다. 음악 수업 컨설팅은 음악수업 능력이 검증된 컨설턴트의 체계적인 지도와 지속적인 피드백의 과정 속에서 컨설티가 음악 수업을 개선해 가는 과정으로, 음악 수업을 하는교사의 음악 교수 능력 향상과 음악 수업 전문가로서의 발전을 목적으로 한다. 효과적인 음악 수업 컨설팅을 위해서 컨설턴트는 음악 수업 교사에게 필요한 음악 지식, 수업에 대한 이해와 가창 기악 등의 실기 지도 능력, 수업 전문성에 대한 인식 및 음악 전문성 신장에 관한내용을 제공해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 자발적으로 음악 수업 지도안 설계 컨설팅을 의뢰한경기도 초등학교에 근무하는 초등교사 4명을 연구대상으로 선정하였고 각각 4회의 1:1 대면컨설팅을 하였다. 컨설팅 결과 컨설팅 참여자인 컨설티와 컨설턴트가 수평적인 관계가 형성되었을 때, 대면 컨설팅을 하였을 때 컨설팅이 보다 효과적으로 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. 음악 수업을 위한 수업 설계를 할 때 음악 교육 전문가에 의해 제작된 수업 설계 체크 리스트를 이용하여 수업 설계 및 분석을 한 것이 효과적이었다. 또한, 컨설티가 개인적으로 음악적능력을 갖추었다고 하더라도 음악 교수 능력과 올바른 수업 설계와는 별개가 될 수 있으므로 음악 교육 전문가인 컨설턴트의 조언을 받는 과정이 필요하고, 각각의 컨설티가 가지고있는 음악적 능력이나 음악 실기 지도 수준이 다를 때에는 각각의 컨설티에 맞는 방법을 사용하여 개인별 맞춤 컨설팅을 하는 것이 효과적이었다. 컨설팅 결과 보고서는 컨설팅에 대한전반적인 내용을 정리하고 컨설팅 과정에 대한 반성 및 추후 컨설팅에 대한 참고 자료로 사용되었다. 수업 컨설팅은 컨설티 뿐만 아니라 컨설턴트의 컨설팅 전문성 신장에도 도움을 주었음을 알 수 있었고 컨설티들은 지속적인 음악 수업 설계 컨설팅을 희망하였다.
This research analyzed the music class plan consulting case to improve the professionalism of the elementary school teacher’s music class. This research has selected 4 teachers working in elementary school of Gyunggido as research targets, which have voluntarily requested the music class plan consulting, and each has performed four 1:1 face-to-face consulting. As the result of the consulting, the consulting has executed more efficiently when thee consultee and the consultant developed a horizontal relationship, and at the face-to-face consulting. During the class plan for the music class, it was effective to plan and analyze the class using the class plan checklist, created by a musical education expert. And even if the consultee has an individual musical ability, the musical ability and a correct study plan may be different, so a step is necessary to receive the advice from an expert consultant in music education, and it was effective to perform an individual matching consulting, when musical ability or level of practice musical education are different, you have to use a method corresponding to each consultees. Consulting Report is summarized overview of the consulting and is used as a reference for later reflection and consultation on the consultation process. We learned that the study consulting has helped to improve the professionalism of the consultant's consulting not only for the consultee and the consultees wanted a continual music class plan consulting.
