초록

본 연구의 목적은 일축가속도계인 GT1M과 삼축가속도계인 GT3X간의 신체활동량 추정에 관한 타당도 평가이다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기 지역에 거주하는 남자를 대상으로 아동은 28명, 성인은 17명으로 임의 표본 추출하였다. 신체활동량은 두 집단 모두 운동강도가 증가함에 따라 VO2, GT1M, 그리고 GT3X의 Activity Counts가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 두 집단에 대하여 동일한 운동강도에 변화량을 주었을 때 성인에 비해 아동의 VO2와 METs의 변화량이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, GT1M, GT3X의 Activity Counts에 대해서는 낮은 변화폭을 나타냈다. 가속도계와 준거 도구의 신체활동량에 대한 관계를 살펴본 결과, GT1M과 GT3X가속도계의 Activity Counts와 본 연구에 사용된 K4b2 모든 변인에 대하여 통계적으로 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 아동보다 성인에게서 더 높은 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 설명력은 GT1M과 GT3X가속도계 모두 성인(R2=.798, R2=.801)에게서 아동(R2=.550, R2=.522)보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. Bland-Altman Plot에서는 GT3X가 GT1M 보다 편차가 작은 신뢰구간을 나타냈으며, 성인이 아동보다 편차가 작은 신뢰구간을 나타냈다. 대상별에 따른 좀 더 정확한 결과치를 제공 받을 수 있도록 올바른 가속도계의 선택이 요구된다.
