تحلیل موانع و راهکارهای امنیت غذایی کشور (مطالعه موردی: صنعت گوشت مرغ)

چکیده

صنعت مرغداری کشور تأمین کنندة 47 درصد (34 درصد گوشت مرغ و 13درصد تخم مرغ) از منابع پروتئین حیوانی در سبد مصرفی خانوار است. صنعت مرغ از نظر تامین مرغ لاین و اجداد، تامین خوراک و واکسن وابستگی زیادی به خارج از کشور دارد. این میزان وابستگی امنیت غذایی کشور را در این حوزه با چالش جدی مواجه کرده است. این نواقص از نظر فنی و با اتکاء به دانشگاه ها و شرکت های دانش بنیان قابل جبران است. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین مهم ترین موانع خود اتکایی در تامین مرغ کشور و ارائه راهکارهای فناورانه برای آن انجام شد. بدین منظور از طریق مطالعات اسنادی، انجام مصاحبه های عمیق نیمه هدایت شده و تشکیل گروه های متمرکز داده ها جمع آوری گردیدند و از طریق روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و بررسی تعداد 83 گزاره، در نهایت 6 مقوله اصلی و 20 مقوله فرعی شناسایی گردیدند که مقوله های اصلی عبارت بودند از از مرغ لاین آرین، واردات نهاده ها، خوراک مرغ، تولید واکسن، کاشت در داخل، قوانین و مقررات. در نهایت برای چالش های شناسایی شده در این مقوله ها، راهکارهایی نیز ارائه گردیدند.

چکیده [English]

The poultry industry provides 47 percent (34 percent chicken and 13 percent eggs) of the household animal protein sources. The poultry industry is highly dependent on foreign countries in terms of supply of line chickens and ancestors, supply of feed and vaccines. This dependence on food security has posed a serious challenge to the country in this area. These shortcomings can be technically remedied by relying on universities and knowledge-based companies. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the most important barriers to self-reliance in chicken supply and providing technological solutions for it. For this purpose, data were collected through documentary studies, in-depth semi-conducted interviews and the formation of focus groups and through the method of qualitative content analysis and review of 83 propositions, finally 6 main categories and 20 sub-categories were identified. The main categories were line chicken, import of inputs, chicken feed, vaccine production, indoor planting, rules and regulations. Finally, solutions to the challenges identified in these categories were provided.
