اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و استرس ادراک شده سالمندان مراکز روزانه شهرستان گرگان

چکیده

مقدمه: سالمندی یکی از مراحل تکامل زندگی انسان بوده که آخرین تحولات رشدی آدمی در آن صورت می‌پذیرد. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و استرس ادراک شده سالمندان مراکز روزانه است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون_ پس آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری کلیه سالمندان مراکز نگهداری روزانه سالمندان مهر پویان شهر گرگان بودند که شرکت کنندگان با سطح بالای استرس ادراک شده به شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15n=) و گواه (15n=) گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه مداخله طرحواره‌درمانی دریافت کردند، در حالیکه گروه گواه در لیست انتظار ماندند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه طرحواره ناسازگار اولیه و استرس ادراک شده بودند. در نهایت، داده ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که مداخله طرحواره درمانی منجر به کاهش استرس ادراک شده و طرحواره های ناسازگار گروه آزمایش شد (001/0>p). و این اثربخشی در مرحله پیگیری ثابت ماند.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از طرحواره درمانی می‌تواند روشی جهت کاهش استرس ادراک شده و طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه سالمندان باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Aging is one of the developmental stages of human life in which the latest human developmental developments take place. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of schema therapy on early maladaptive schemas and perceived stress in the elderly of day care centers.
Method: The present study was a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design with a control group and a follow-up period. The statistical population was all the elderly in the day care centers of Mehr Pouyan in Gorgan. The participants with high levels of perceived stress were selected by purposive sampling and randomly assigned to experimental (n=15) and control (n=15) groups. The experimental group received 10 sessions of schema-therapy intervention, while the control group remained on the waiting list. The research instruments included the initial maladaptive schema questionnaire and perceived stress. Finally, the data were analyzed using the statistical method of analysis of covariance.
Results: The results of this study showed that schematic therapy intervention led to a reduction in cognitive stress and maladaptive schemas in the experimental group (p <0.001). And this effectiveness remained constant in the follow-up phase.
Conclusion: The results showed that the use of schema therapy can be a way to reduce perceived stress and early maladaptive schemas in the elderly
