اثر بخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر پردازش هیجان و علائم پانیک زنان مبتلا به اختلال پانیک

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر پردازش هیجان و علائم پانیک زنان مبتلا به اختلال پانیک بود.
روش: این مطالعه نیمه‌آزمایشی با استفاده از طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس-آزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به اختلال پانیک بود که به مراکز بهداشتی و روانشناسی شهر اردبیل در پاییز و زمستان سال 1397 مراجعه کرده بودند، 30 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب، و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه برابر آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایشی طی 8 هفته تحت آموش تنظیم هیجان قرار گرفت، و در این مدت بر گروه گواه مداخله‌ی انجام نگرفت. پرسشنامه پردازش هیجان و علائم پانیک به عنوان ابزار ارزشیابی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت
نتایج: نتایج به دست آمده از مقایسه پس‌آزمون دو گروه، حاکی از این است که نمرات پس‌آزمون پردازش هیجان و علائم پانیک گروه مداخله و کنترل تفاوت معنی‌داری دارد (01/0=P).
نتیجه‌گیری : بدین ترتیب می‌توان گفت که آموش تنظیم هیجان موجب کاهش نمرات پردازش هیجان و علائم پانیک زنان مبتلا به اختلال پانیک خواهد شد. بنابراین مطابق با یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان آموزش تنظیم هیجان را به عنوان یک روش موثر در جهت بهبود پردازش هیجانی و علائم پانیک زنان مبتلا به اختلال پانیک پیشنهاد کرد.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of Emotion Regulation on emotion processing and symptoms of panic in women with Panic Disorder.
Methods: This semi-experimental study was conducted using pre-test and post-test with control group from all panic disorder patients visited in Ardabil Health and psychology clinic in summer and fall 2018, 30 patients were selected through the availability sampling method and randomly were placed into two equal experimental and control groups. Experimental group experienced 8 weeks of Emotion Regulation, while control group were just followed. emotion processing and symptoms of panic questionnaires were used in pre-test, post-test and up as the study instrument. Data were analyzed by descriptive indices and analysis of covariance.
Results: The result of comparing post-test of scores in two group showed that there were significant difference in emotion processing and symptoms of panic scores intervention group and the control group (p < 0.01).
Conclusions: Thus, can be said that of Emotion Regulation psychotherapy .reduced emotion processing and symptoms of panic in Women with Panic Disorder. According to the findings of the present study, ERT can be suggested as an efficient method to recovery emotion processing and symptoms of panic in Women with Panic Disorder.
