تحلیل روابط تکانشگری، تنظیم هیجان و تاب آوری با مولفه های سلامت روان در دانشجویان دارای رفتارهای خودآسیب زنی

چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحلیل روابط تکانشگری، تاب آوری و تنظیم هیجان با مولفه‌های سلامت روان در دانشجویان دارای رفتارهای خودآسیب زنی انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه اولیه 508 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه گیلان در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند که پرسشنامه‌های خودآسیب زنی، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه نشانه‌های روانی، فرم کوتاه مقیاس تکانشگری، مقیاس تنظیم هیجانی، فرم کوتاه مقیاس تاب آوری را تکمیل کردند. براساس نتایج پرسشنامه خودآسیب زنی 295 نفر با حداقل 1 بار سابقه خودآسیب زنی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش همبستگی کانونی انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای پژوهش با مولفه‌های سلامت روان شامل اضطراب، افسردگی و جسمانی سازی در دانشجویان دارای رفتارهای خودآسیب زنی همبستگی کانونی معنادار داشتند و ضریب همبستگی برابر با 80/0 بود. این همبستگی با تکانشگری و تنظیم هیجان مثبت و با تاب آوری منفی بود (001/0> P). همچنین 64 درصد از تغییرات مولفه‌های سلامت روان قابل پیش بینی است. بیش‌ترین وزن کانونی نیز متعلق به تاب آوری(63/0) و افسردگی(62/0-) بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش متغیرهای تکانشگری، تنظیم هیجان و تاب آوری بر روی مولفه‌های سلامت روان در دانشجویان دارای رفتارهای خودآسیب‌زنی تاثیر می‌گذارند و از این طریق می‌توانند موجب بروز رفتارهای خودآسیب زنی شوند. متغیر تاب آوری بیش‌ترین نقش را در این رابطه ایفا می‌کند که براین اساس با آموزش تاب آوری به دانشجویان در هنگام ورود به این دوره می‌توان از رفتارهای خودآسیب زنی و سایر مشکلات سلامت روان پیشگیری کرد.

Analysis of relationships between impulsivity emotion regulation and resilience with mental health components in university students with self-harm behaviors

Introduction: the present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between impulsivity, resilience and emotion regulation with the components of mental health in university students with self-harm behaviors.
Method: The present research is descriptive and correlational. The initial sample was 508 undergraduate students of Guilan University in the academic year of 2018-2019, which completed the Self-harm Questionnaire, the short form of Psychological Symptoms Questionnaire, the short form of the Impulsivity Scale, the Emotional Regulation Scale, the short form of resilience scale. Based on the results of the self-harm questionnaire, 295 people with at least 1 history of self-harm were selected as samples. Data analysis was done by canonical correlation method.
Results: The results showed that research variables had a significant conical correlation with mental health components including anxiety, depression and somatization in students with self-harm behaviors and the correlation coefficient was equal to 0.80. This correlation was positive with impulsivity and emotion regulation variables and negative with resilience (P<0.001). Also, 64% of changes in mental health components can be predicted. The highest canonical weight belonged to resilience (0.63) and depression (-0.62).
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, impulsivity, emotion regulation and resilience affect the mental health components of students with self-harm behaviors and in this way they can increase self-harm behaviors. The variable of resilience plays the most important role in this regard, so by resilience training to students when entering this course, self-harming behaviors and other mental health problems can be prevented.
