چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل بلوغ مدیریت دانش مبتنی بر استراتژی‌های کسب‌وکار در ورزش ایران می‌باشد. رویکرد پژوهش کارکردگرایی است، براساس هدف، کاربردی و از نوع تحقیق و توسعه، و به لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ی آماری، کلیه‌ی نخبگان مدیریت ورزشی دانشگاه‌ها و متخصصین ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان کشور بود. روش نمونه‌گیری، احتمالی محدود از نوع خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای بود. پرسشنامه‌ی شاخص‌های مربوط به کدهای مدل بلوغ جامی‌پور و همکاران (1393) و پرسشنامه‌ی مدل بلوغ مدیریت دانش همراستا با استراتژی‌های کسب‌و‌کار جامی‌پور و همکاران (1393) به‌کار گرفته شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS و Amos صورت گرفت. از آزمون‌‌ کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف جهت مشخص کردن نرمال بودن جامعه‌ی آماری؛ از آزمون دوجمله‌ای جهت تعیین سطح بلوغ شاخص‌ها؛ از ارزش محاسبه شده برای تعیین قابلیت شاخص‌ها؛ از فرمول درصد بلوغ برای تعیین سطح و درصد کلی بلوغ؛ و نیز از مدل معادلات ساختاری جهت تعیین مدل معادلات ساختاری قابلیت شاخص‌های بلوغ مدیریت دانش همراستا با استراتژی‌های کسب‌وکار در ورزش استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد، درصد بلوغ مدیریت دانش همراستا با استراتژی‌های کسب‌وکار 13/69 درصد می‌باشد. بعد راهبردی، سازمانی-انسانی و فنی- محتوایی در کسب و کار تأثیر معنی‌داری دارد. از این‌رو، برای هدفمند کردن استفاده از دانش، سازمان‌دهی مراحل و سطوح توسعه‌ی آن، شناخت وضعیت موجود در حوزه‌ی مدیریت دانش و تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر تصمیم‌گیری، به منظور به‌کارگیری و بهبود مدیریت دانش همراستا با کسب‌وکار الزامی است.
