چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: برون سپاری رهیافتی نو و خلاقانه در مدیریت سازمان هاست. هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی برون سپاری در آموزش و پرورش استان لرستان بود.
روش شناسی: روش پژوهش، تحلیل مضامین کیفی دو مرحله ای (دستی و نرم افزار  MAXQDA)، به همراه همسو سازی داده های پژوهش با پیشینه و مستندات بومی بود. روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای، حجم نمونه آماری 152 نفر، که به منظور جلوگیری از تشدد آراء تا اشباع داده های نظری، مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند با 14 نفر از خبرگان و آگاهی دهندگان کلیدی (اساتید دانشگاهی، کارشناسان ستادی، مدیران هنرستان ها و مدیران مدارس غیردولتی) ادامه یافت. پیش از مصاحبه، روایی (دقت و صحت داده ها) و پایایی (اعتبار، قابلیت اطمینان، تأییدپذیری و انتقال پذیری) سوالات تعیین شد. به منظور افزایش اعتبار داده ها، از فرایند نظام مند ثبت، ضبط و نوشتن، استفاده گردید. یافته ها: پس از بازبینی و تحلیل داده ها، مضمون فراگیر، 5 مضمون سازمان دهنده (آموزش، منابع انسانی، اماکن وتجهیزات، فرایندهای داخلی و امورمالی) و 48 مضمون پایه شناسایی شدند.
 نتیجه گیری: برون سپاری علاوه بر کاهش هزینه ها و مشکلات نقدینگی در تجهیز مدارس، تامین نیازهای پشتیبانی، خدماتی و فناورانه می تواند در جذب نیروی متخصص و ایجاد زمینه های کارآفرینی، موثر واقع گردد. البته طی مصاحبه با متخصصان معایبی مانند کاهش نظارت و کنترل، تضعیف روحیه کارکنان، از دست رفتن مزایای رقابتی و عدم اعتماد جامعه به برون سپاری مطرح گردید. که در نهایت فوائد به دست آمده در مقایسه با معایب، اجرای برون سپاری را برای آموزش و پرورش ارزشمند می سازد.

Abstract
Introduction: Outsourcing is a new and creative approach to managing organizations. The aim of the present research was to design an outsourcing pattern in Lorestan department of Education.
 Methods: The research method was two stage qualities analysis (manual and software MAXQDA) along with research data alignment with indigenous background and documentation. Class sampling method was used and 152 people were chosen as the sampling volume .Half structured interview with 14 experts and key informants (university professors, staff experts, conservatory directors and non- governmental school) continued to avoid the intensity of votes to saturate theoretical data. Data narration (data accuracy) and data reliability (credit, reliability aspect, variability, and provability) of the questions were determined before the interview. Systematic recording and writing process was used to increase the credit of the data.
 Results: After reviewing and analysis of the  data and based on the  inclusive theme,5 organizing themes under the titles of (training, human resource, sites and equipment’s, inner processes and financial affair) and 48 basic themes were recognized.
Conclusion: The findings showed the outsourcing can have a positive effect on providing support and services needs and reducing costs along with specialized personnel recruitment and creating the field for entrepreneurship while meeting the domestic and technological needs in addition to reducing liquidity problems in equipping the schools. Of course during the interviews with experts shortcomings as reduction of monitoring and control, weakening employee morale, loss of competitive advantages and lack of social trust in outsourcing were mentioned. But all in all the benefits obtained in comparison to the disadvantages make the implementation of outsourcing valuable for the Ministry of Education.
