مقایسه سبک های هویت، سبک های دفاعی و طرحواره های هیجانی در افراد عادی و افراد مبتلا به آلرژی

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر به منظور مقایسه سبک های هویت، سبک های دفاعی و طرحواره های هیجانی در افراد عادی و افراد مبتلا به آلرژی در شهر شیراز صورت گرفت.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی مقطعی از نوع علی مقایسه ای بود. جامعه­ی آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی افراد سالم و افراد مبتلا بع آلرژی پوستی، آلرژی تنفسی و آلرژی غذایی در سطح شهر شیراز بودند که از این میان به روش هدفمند تعداد ۱۳۵ نفر (۴۵ نفر سالم، ۳۰ نفر آلرژی پوستی، ۳۰ نفر آلرژی تنفسی و ۳۰ نفر آلرژی غذایی) که در طول یک سال گذشته به متخصصان و کلینیک های آلرژی در سطح شهر شیراز مراجعه داشته اند انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه های سبک های هویت برزونسکی (ISI)، سبک های دفاعی اندروز (DSQ-40) و طرحواره های هیجانی لیهی (LESS) استفاده شد. همچنین داده های پژوهش به وسیله تجزیه و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری (مانوا) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته­ها: یافته ها نشان داد که در سبک های هویت اطلاعاتی، هنجاری و سردرگم، سبک های دفاعی رشد نایافته و روان آزرده، و طرحواره های هیجانی نشخوار ذهنی، ذهن آگاهی، تایید طلبی از دیگران، قابل درک بودن، سرزنش، تلاش برای منطقی بودن و توافق در بین افراد سالم و افراد مبتلا به آلرژی تفاوت معناداری دیده می شود.
نتیجه­گیری: باتوجه به یافته­های پژوهش حاضر می­توان نتیجه گرفت که سبک هویت، سبک دفاعی و طرحواره های هیجانی نقش موثری در بیماری آلرژی دارد.

This study aimed to compare Identity Styles, Defense Styles and Emotional Schemas between normal people and people with skin allergy, respiratory allergy and food allergy. The framework of this research was casual comparative descriptive-cross-sectional research method. The population in this study included normal people and people with skin allergy, respiratory allergy and food allergy who referred to allergy clinics in Shiraz and 135 persons (45 normal individuals, 30 individuals with skin allergy, 30 individuals with respiratory allergy and 30 individuals with food allergy) were selected by purposeful sampling method and used Leahy Berzonsky Identity Styles questionnaire (ISI), Andrews Defense Styles questionnaire (DSQ-40) and Emotional Schemas questionnaire (LESS). In order to describe the data, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was used. The data analysis showed that normal people and people with allergy disease are significantly different in informational style, normative style and avoidance style, immature style and neurotic style, rumination, self-awareness, seeking conformation, comprehensible-emotions, blame, trying to be rational and acceptance. In order to explain the result of this study it could be concluded that identity style and defense style and emotional-schemas play influential role in allergies.
