نقش تعادل زندگی- کار و استرس شغلی در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی پیراپزشکان (مطالعه موردی: شهر اصفهان)

چکیده

هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی نقش تعادل زندگی- کار و استرس شغلی در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی در بین پیراپزشکان که به علت مشکلات خانوادگی معمولا نمی‌توانند وظایفشان را در محیط کار پوشش دهند. این شرایط استرس‌زا در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی و تعادل کار- زندگی مؤثر بود که در مقاله حاضر بررسی متغیرهای در بین 480 پیراپزشک شاغل در شهر اصفهان که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای و فرمول کوکران 103 نفر انتخاب شد و از پرسشنامه های کیفیت زناشویی پری (2004)، مقیاس تعادل زندگی و کار فیشر (2003) و پرسشنامه استرس شغلی HSE (2009)، جهت گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از برآورد مدل با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 نشان دادند، استرس شغلی و عدم تعادل کار- زندگی باعث کاهش کیفیت زناشویی می‌شود و هر واحد استرس شغلی و تداخل کار- خانواده، میزان کیفیت زناشویی را به ترتیب به اندازه 22/. و 31/. کاهش می‌دهد. همچنین، از بین متغیرهای پیش‌بین پژوهش و مولفه‌های آن، استرش شغلی و تداخل زندگی با کار بهترین پیش بینی‌کننده کیفیت زناشویی هستند و 14 درصد از تغییرات کیفیت زناشویی را در پیراپزشکان تبیین می‌کند. بنابراین می‌توان گفت، استرس شغلی و تداخل کار- خانواده،کیفیت زناشویی پیراپزشکان را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد؛ بنابراین مدیر بیمارستان‌ها و درمانگران خانواده در برنامه ریزی و درمان به نقش استرش شغلی و تداخل زندگی- کار توجه داشته باشند.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the role of life-work balance and job stress in the quality of marital life among paramedics who are usually unable to cover their duties in the workplace due to family problems. These stressful conditions were effective in the quality of marital life and work-life balance. Perry Marital Quality (2004), Fisher's Life and Work Balance Scale (2003) and HSE Job Stress Questionnaire (2009) were used to collect data. The results of estimating the model using SPSS software version 23 showed that job stress and work-life imbalance reduce the quality of marriage and each unit of job stress and work-family interaction, the amount of marital quality, respectively. 22 /. And 31 /. Reduces. Also, among the predictors of research and its components, job stress and life-work interaction are the best predictors of marital quality and explain 14% of marital quality changes in paramedics. Therefore, it can be said that job stress and work-family interaction affect the marital quality of paramedics; Therefore, hospital managers and family therapists should pay attention to the role of job stress and life-work interaction in planning and treatment.
