کاوش الگوی یکپارچه درون زای مردم نهاد در توسعه منطقه ای(مورد مطالعه: طرح توسعه منطقه ای سلسله(الشتر))

چکیده

توسعه منطقه‌ای به عنوان یک رخداد علمی چند‌بعدی، معلول عوامل و مولفه‌های است که این رخداد به همراه علل و عوامل آن، پیامدهای مطلوبی را در ابعاد مختلف قلمرویی، بخشی و سازمانی به همراه داشته است. با توجه به توسعه‌ای - کاربردی بودن اهداف نوشتار حاضر، واکاوی الگوی یکپارچه درون‌زای مردم نهاد توسعه منطقه‌ای از یک سو و از دیگر سو، کاوش عوامل (موجبات علی)، راهبردها و پیامدهای بکارگیری الگوی کاوش شده، مورد نظر این پژوهش است. افزون بر این، با توجه به روش‌شناسی بکار گرفته شده مبتنی بر رویکرد استقرایی و تحلیل کیفی برخاسته از داده‌ها (برپایه) از ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات شامل مشاهده و مصاحبه بهره‌گیری شده است. متناسب با روش شناسی پژوهش، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، تعداد ده نفر ازخبرگان و پانزده نفر از مطلعین محلی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. دراین راستا، فرآیند گردآوری اطلاعات تا سطح اشباع نظری و آستانه سودمندی اطلاعات قابل دسترس ادامه یافته و پس از پالایش کدها، تعداد صدو یازده گزاره در قالب سیزده مفهوم و چهار مقوله، با استفاده از شیوه کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استخراج شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که پدیده اصلی الگوی توسعه منطقه‌ای واکاوی شده طرح سلسله، شامل الگوسازی توسعه یکپارچه و محلی کردن آن (توسعه درون زای مردم نهاد) است که این پدیده، تجلی عینی و فضایی عزم ملی و منطقه‌ای در راستای فضایی نمودن توسعه منطقه‌ای می باشد که با بسترسازی محیطی و اتخاذ راهبرد و مداخله در توانمندسازی فضایی نیروهای محلی به عنوان کارگزاران ‌و‌ عاملان طرح منجر به تغییرات فضایی دگرگون ساز منطقه‌ای در ابعاد مختلف اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کالبدی واکولوژیکی و نهادی به عنوان پیامد بکارگیری چنین الگوی از توسعه و توازن منطقه ای درمحدوده طرح شده است

چکیده [English]

Regional development is a multi-dimensional event that has been affected by many factors and components. This event can have a plenty outcome at different territorial and sectoral dimension. As a practical and research objective of this study, on the one hand pattern exploration development and regional balance and on the other hand explore factors, strategies and effect of explored pattern, are the main objectives of this study.
Moreover, the methodology of this study is based on inductive approach and qualitative analysis of data with usage of data gathering tools such as questionnaire, interview, observation, and it contains one hundred and eleven codes, thirteen concepts and four categories with use of open, axial and optional coding. The result of this study shows that fundamental phenomenon of pattern exploration and analyzed regional balancing of Selseleh plan, contain integrated development patterning and its localization. This phenomenon is national and regional spatial reflection will, in this regard integrated development patterning and its factor with adapting empower spatial strategy of local workforce leads to place-spatial evolution in society, economy, framework and institutional different aspect.
The result of this study shows that fundamental phenomenon of pattern exploration and analyzed regional balancing of Selseleh plan, contain integrated development patterning and its localization. This phenomenon is national and regional spatial reflection will, in this regard integrated development patterning and its factor with adapting empower spatial strategy of local workforce leads to place-spatial evolution in society, economy, framework and institutional different aspect.
