تبیین نقش مدیریت در توسعه گردشگری پایدار با تاکید بر گردشگری ورزشی، موردپژوهی: بخش ارمند شهرستان خانمیرزا

چکیده

گردشگری در جهان امروز به عنوان یکی از پویاترین بخش‌های اقتصادی شناخته شده است و سهم زیادی از درآمد و اشتغال کشورهای دنیا را به خود اختصاص داده است. گردشگری ورزشی به عنوان یکی از گونه‌ها و انواع گردشگری به بررسی حضور و مشارکت ورزشکاران در مسابقات و رقابت‌های ورزشی و یا تماشای رویدادهای ورزشی توسط گردشگران تماشاگر می‌پردازد. در توسعه ابعاد گوناگون فعالیت‌های گوناگون اقتصادی، نمی‌توان از نقش مدیریت غافل شد. این پژوهش که با هدف بررسی نقش مدیریت در توسعه گردشگری پایدار ورزشی در بخش ارمند شهرستان خانمیرزا در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری انجام شده است؛ ماهیتا از نوع کاربردی است که با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های مروری(اسنادی-کتابخانه‌ای) و میدانی تدوین شده است. این پژوهش کیفی و از نوع پژوهش‌های اکتشافی می‌باشد که از روش تحلیل مضمون یا تماتیک در اجرای آن استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش متشکل از صاحب‌نظران رشته‌های تربیت‌بدنی و مدیریت ورزشی، جامعه‌شناسی، جغرافیا و برنامه‌ریزی، گردشگری(با سوابق علمی در حوزه گردشگری ورزشی) بوده‌اند. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند انجام شد که با 10 مصاحبه، اشباع نظری صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اعمال مدیریت یکپارچه همراه با مشارکت جوامع محلی و آموزش‌ها و آگاه‌سازی‌های محیط‌زیستی می‌تواند توسعه پایدار جریانات گردشگری ورزشی و رویدادهای مرتبط با ورزش را در ناحیه مورد مطالعه فراهم سازد. هم‌چنین، اعمال روش‌های مدیریتی کارآمد توام با برنامه‌ریزی و بازاریابی مطلوب گردشگری ورزشی می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز نقش‌آفرینی بیش از پیش این ناحیه در گردشگری ورزشی و نیز ارتقاء سهم ورتبه آن در بین دیگر مناطق کشور در این گونه از گردشگری شود.

Today, tourism in the world is considered as one of the most dynamic economic sectors and plays an important role in income creation and development of employment among the countries of the world. Sports tourism examines the presence and participation of athletes in sports competitions or engagement of spectators in watching sports events. Successful development in various economic activities are mainly dependent upon effective management. The purpose of this research is to investigate the functionality of management in the development of sustainable sports tourism in Armand section of Khanmirza County in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. This is an applied research using review (documentary-library) and field surveys. This study with a qualitative and exploratory research method employed thematic analysis in implementation. The statistical population are all the experts in the fields of physical education and sports management, sociology, geography and planning, and tourism, with scientific experiences in the field of sports tourism. Sampling was conducted in a purposeful way, and theoretical saturation was met by 10 interviews. The results have indicated that the application of integrated management along with the participation of local communities with environmental education and awareness can promote sustainable development of sports tourism and enhance the positive events related to sports in the study area. It was also revealed that application of efficient management methods supported by the planning and marketing of sports tourism can help this area to play a greater role in sports tourism and also increase its share and rank among other regions of the country in this type of tourism.
