تدوین چارچوب الزامات و شرایط تحقق شایستگی ها و قابلیت های زنان: مطالعه موردی زنان استان فارس

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی الزامات و شرایط تحقق توسعه توانمندسازی زنان بر اساس شایستگی­های زنان جامعه ایرانی می­باشد.
روش­: روش پژوهش حاضر، کیفی از نوع مطالعۀ موردی می­باشد. مشارکت­کنندگان بالقوه این پژوهش شامل متخصصان و اعضای هیأت علمی در رشته‌های مختلف تعلیم و تربیت (علوم‌تربیتی)، جامعه‌شناسی، حقوق و روانشناسی و همچنین زنان نمونه استان فارس (مدیران زن و مادران نمونه) بودند، که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند و معیار اشباع نظری 13 نفر از متخصصان و 15 نفر از زنان و مادران  نمونه شهر که تصدی مدیریتی داشتند، انتخاب شدند. روش جمع­آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه عمیق و مطالعه اسناد مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش بود. جهت بررسی الزامات و شرایط تحقق توسعه توانمندسازی زنان بر اساس شایستگی­های زنان جامعه ایرانی از روش تحلیل شبکه مضامین استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: در نتیجه الزامات و شرایط تحقق توسعه توانمندسازی زنان در قالب 5 مؤلفه سازمان­دهنده آموزشی- پرورشی، سیاسی- اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و فضای خانوادگی تدوین گردید. به منظور اعتباریابی نتایج کیفی از تکنیک­های قابل قبول بودن و قابل اعتماد بودن استفاده شد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to identify the requirements and conditions for realizing the development of women's empowerment based on Iranian women's competencies. The method of the present study is a qualitative case study. Potential participants in this study included experts and faculty in various fields of education (sociology), sociology, law and psychology as well as sample women in Fars province (sample managers and mothers), using purposive sampling and The theoretical saturation criterion was selected from 15 experts and 10 sample mothers and 5 sample women with managerial tenure. The method of data collection was in-depth interview and study of documents related to the research subject. The content analysis method was used to study the requirements and conditions for the realization of women's empowerment development based on Iranian women's merit. As a result, the requirements and conditions for the realization of women's empowerment development were formulated into five components of organizing educational-political, socio-economic, cultural, and family environment. Accreditation and reliability techniques were used to validate the qualitative results.
