ارایه مدل برای نقش‌های اجتماعی و معنوی زنان بر اساس آموزه های اسلامی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر مطالعه ای توصیفی تحلیلی است که به روش کیفی بر اساس مدل نظریه داده بنیاد و کمی با هدف ارایه مدل برای نقش‌های اجتماعی و معنوی زنان بر اساس آموزه های اسلامی انجام شد. در این پژوهش، در بخش کیفی از صاحب نظران، و خبرگان دانشگاهی برای جمع آوری داده ها کمک گرفته شد. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند و با استفاده از تکنیک گلوله برفی بوده است. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را زنان ساکن در منطقه 11 تهران تشکیل داده اند که 356 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. در بخش کمی برای سنجش متغیرهای الگوی داده بنیاد از یک پرسشنامه چندماده‌ای پژوهشگر ساخته مبتنی بر یافته‌های بخش کیفی استفاده شد. این پرسشنامه به کمک فن دلفی و طوفان مغزی مورد تایید خبرگان قرار گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشانگر آن است که از ارزیابی برای بعد فردی مولفه معنوی و بعد جامعه شامل مولفه اجتماعی تعیین شده است. این نتایج از حیث مقایسه‌ای و تفاوت در نتایج بدست آمده از چند حیث دارای اهمیت است.

چکیده [English]

The present study is a descriptive-analytical study that is based on a qualitative method based on grounded theory approach and quantitatively examines the social and spiritual roles of women in society with a based on Islamic teachings. In this research, in the qualitative part, experts and academic experts have been used to collect data. The sampling method was purposeful and using the snowball technique. In a small part of the statistical population of the present study, all women in the 11th district of Tehran, 356 people were evaluated using cluster sampling. In the quantitative section, a researcher-made multimodal questionnaire based on the findings of the qualitative section has been used to measure the variables of the foundation data model. This questionnaire has been approved by experts with the help of Delphi technique and brainstorming. The results of the research indicated that the evaluation has determined the spiritual component for the individual dimension and the social dimension including the social component. These results are important in terms of comparison and differences in the results obtained in several ways.
