Abstract

Polymorphism of chs_H1 gene encoding the “true” chalcone synthase of hop was studied by alignment of nucleotide sequences in accordance with the Clustal W algorithm of the MEGA version 5 program and molecular-genetic analysis with the use of polymerase chain reaction.
