Abstract
The paper studies the possibility of the cell gasdynamic thrust bearing in various modes of operation. The differential equation for the gas pressure in the operating clearance of the thrust bearing is obtained. The graphs of dependencies of the lifting force, hardness, and the flow rate on the compressibility parameter are presented.
