Abstract

The activity of peroxidase in tea plants of different varieties and mutant forms was varied depending on the genotypic characteristics and vegetation period. As the stress increases, the enzymatic activity is inhibited. The close relationship between the peroxidase activity and hydrothermal vegetation conditions (rainfall, temperature and relative humidity) was revealed.
