초록

A power collector system is a very effective way to connect several offshore wind farms to a power system. Currently, many power generators using power collector systems share costs according to contract capacity, but recently, the method of power transmission operators investing in a power collector system in advance and users paying slowly later is being considered. In this case, offshore wind power operators are expected to be able to connect offshore wind farms to power systems more easily. When a power transmission business makes a pre-investment in a power collector system, there may be a difference in the method of sharing the installation cost compared to when the user is predetermined and when it is not determined, and there are also many other things to consider. In this study, we want to analyze the cost sharing plans of power collector systems at home and abroad and find out what should be considered for cost sharing when pre-investing is carried out by power transmission businesses.
