이 연구는 유도지도자의 지도특성과 훈련 동기 분위기 및 운동만족과의 관계를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 대한유도회에 등록된 고등학교 선수를 대상으로 편의표본추출법에 의해 188명의 자료를 추출하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 결과 첫째, 지도특성은 훈련 동기 분위기의 하위변인인 숙련분위기와 정적(+)인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지도특성의 하위변인 중 의사소통이 운동만족과 정적(+)인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 훈련 동기 분위기중 숙련분위기가 운동만족과 정적(+)인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between instruction characteristics of a Judo instructor and training motivation climate and exercise satisfaction. For this purpose, this study extracted data of 188 high school students athletes registered in Korea Judo Association through convenience sampling. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and standard multiple regression analysis were conducted on the collected data by using SPSS 19.0. As the result of analyses, first, instruction characteristics had positive (+) relationship with proficiency climate which is a sub-variable of training motivation climate. Second, favorable impression, a sub-variable of instruction characteristics, had positive (+) relationship with exercise satisfaction. Third, training motivation climate had positive (+) relationship with exercise satisfaction.
