물리적 환경이 신뢰, 고객만족, 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

점포의 물리적 환경에 대한 중요성에 대해서는 인지하고 있는 반면에 관련 연구는 부족할 뿐만 아니라 다양한 상황에서의 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 급증하고 있는 편의점에서 물리적 환경 요인들이 신뢰와 고객만족에 영향을 주는지, 물리적 환경에 의해 지각된 신뢰가 고객만족과 재방문의도로 이어지는지, 그리고 고객만족과 재방문의도간의 영향력의 정도에 관해 파악하고자 한다. 편의점을 이용한 경험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 요인분석, 회귀분석 등을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 세가지의 물리적 환경요인, 쾌적성, 편의성, 심미성이 신뢰와 고객만족에 영향을 주는 요소로 확인되었고, 신뢰는 고객만족에 영향을 주었으며, 재방문 의도는 신뢰와 고객만족의 결과물로 나타났다. 본 연구는 물리적 환경과 고객만족간의 관계에 대한 다양한 시각을 제공해 주었고, 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에서 큰 의미를 가진다.

Few research investigated physical evidence of convenience stores though the market has been developed rapidly. This paper aims to empirically examine how physical evidence influences trust, customer satisfaction, and reuse intention in the context of convenience store. Data were collected by respondents who used a convenience store in the last three months, and analyzed using principal component analysis, simple or multiple regressions. Three were found to give an impact on trust and customer satisfaction and reuse intention was the effect of trust and customer satisfaction. These findings will contribute to the marketing research field relating to physical evidence and customer satisfaction. Retail market players can develope a competitive strategy based on this study.
