Məqalədə elmin qədim sahələrindən olan pedaqogikanın, o cümlədən şəxsiyyətin formalaşmasında mühüm rol oynayan təhsilin, tərbiyənin, təlimin əsas məsələri diqqət mərkəzinə gətirilib. Hər bir elmin öz predmeti vardır. Elmin predmeti onun nəyi öyrəndiyi, tədqiqatının nəyə yönəldiyidir. Pedaqogika tərbiyənin mahiyyətini və qanunauyğunluqlarını, təlimin prinsiplərini, formalarını, texnologiyalarını və metodlarını, şəxsiyyətin inkişafı texnologiyalarını, meyllərini və perspektivlərini araşdırır. “Təhsil sistemi” anlayışının yaranması müasir elmdə, idarəetmədə və texnologiyada geniş yayılmış sistemli yanaşma ideyalarının tərbiyə nəzəriyyəsi və praktikasına təsiri ilə bağlıdır. Bu anlayış indi daha geniş vüsət alır və yaxın illərdə onun pedaqogikamızda əsas anlayışa çevriləcəyini söyləmək üçün bütün əsaslar var. Pedaqoji elmi təhsilin əsas kateqoriyalarına tərbiyə, təlim və tədris daxildir . 

The article focuses on the main issues of pedagogy, one of the ancient fields of science, as well as education, upbringing, training, which plays an important role in the formation of personality. Every science has its own subject. The subject of science is what he learns and what his research focuses on. Pedagogy examines the essence and regularities of education, principles, forms, technologies and methods of teaching, technologies, tendencies and perspectives of personality development. The emergence of the concept of "education system" is associated with the impact of the ideas of a systematic approach, widespread in modern science, management and technology, on the theory and practice of education. This concept is now becoming more widespread, and there is every reason to say that in the coming years it will become a key concept in our pedagogy. The main categories of pedagogical scientific education include upbringing, training and education.
