Məqalədə Müasir İnformasiya texnologiyalarının geniş tətbiq sahələrdən biri olan Elektron sənəd dövriyyəsi sistemlərinin ənənəvi sənəd dövriyyəsi ilə fərqli xüsusiyyətlərinə toxunulmuşdur. O cümlədən, elektron Sənəd Dövriyyəsinin Biznes müəssisələrinə təklif etdiyi üstünlüklər araşdırılmışdır. Bunların işçilərin iş qabiliyyətinə nə kimi təsirləri olduğu göstərilmişdir. Bu sistemin mövcud sahəyə gətirdiyi yeniliklər açıqlanmışdır. Habelə, ESDS-in tətbiqindən yarana biləcək problemlər araşdırılmışdır. Əvvəllər istifadə olunan Ənənəvi Sənəd Dövriyyəsi metodunda olan problemlərin Elektron Sənəd Dövriyyəsi Sistemi ilə necə aradan qaldırıldığı vurğulanmışdır. Elektron Sənəd Dövriyyəsi Sisteminin işləməsi üçün tələb olunan alt-sistemlərə nümunələr çəkilmişdir. Həmçinin, ümumi sistemin və alt-sistemlərin dizaynı açıqlanmışdır.

The article touches on the differences between electronic document management systems and traditional document management, which is one of the most widely used areas of modern information technology. In particular, the benefits of e-Document Management for Businesses were explored. The impact of these on employees' ability to work has been shown. The innovations brought by this system to the existing field have been announced. In addition, the problems that may arise from the application of ESDS were investigated. It was emphasized how the problems of the Traditional Document Management method used earlier were solved by the Electronic Document Management System. Examples of subsystems required for the operation of the Electronic Document Management System are given. The design of the overall system and subsystems is also disclosed.
