Hazırki məqalədə, İnsan Hüquqlarının nəsillərə bölünməsi Konsepsiyasının Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasında tətbiqi əks etdirilmişdir, və nəticədə Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının “İnsan Hüquqlarının üç nəsli” konsepsiyasına uyğunluğu göstərilmişdir. IV nəsil İnsan Hüquqlarının bir hissəsinin Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanunvericiliyində hansı problemlərlə qarşılaşdığı və bu problemlərin hansı nəticələrə gətirib çıxara bilməsi haqqında fikir bildirilmişdir. IV nəsil İnsan Hüquqlarının Azərbaycan Respublikasında tətbiqi problemlərinin həlli metodları təklif olunmuşdur.

This article reflects the application of the Concept of Division of Human Rights to Generations in the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and as a result shows the compliance of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the concept of "Three Generations of Human Rights". Opinions were expressed on the problems encountered in the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan by a part of the IV generation Human Rights and the consequences of these problems. The methods of solving the problems of the implementation of the fourth generation of human rights in The Republic of Azerbaijan are proposed.
