Dünya ölkələrinin inkişafının kökündən dəyişməsinə səbəb olan başlıca amil rəqəmsal texnologiyaların formalaşmasıdır. Belə ki, XXI əsrdə inkişaf etmiş ölkələrin 4-cü sənaye inqilabına qədəm qoyması nəticəsində istehsal prosesində struktur dəyişikliyi baş vermişdir. Rəqəmsal yeniliklər dövrümüzün ayrılmaz tərkib hissəsinə çevrilmişdir. Azərbaycan Respublikası da cari vəziyyətdə 4-cü sənaye inqilabına keçid dövrünü yaşayır. Rəqəmsallaşmanın ölkəmizə təsiri son illərdə daha da artmışdır. Bu sahədə ölkənin dayanıqlı iqtisadi inkişafı istiqamətində bir sıra yeni layihələr işlənib hazırlanmış və icra edilmişdir.

The main factor that has radically changed the development of the world is the formation of digital technologies. Thus, as a result of the entry of developed countries into the 4th industrial revolution in the XXI century, structural changes have taken place in the production process. Digital innovations have become an integral part of our time. In the current situation, the Republic of Azerbaijan is also experiencing a period of transition to the 4th industrial revolution. The impact of digitalization on our country has increased in recent years. In this area, a number of new projects have been developed and implemented for the sustainable economic development of the country.
