Abstract:

In this paper, the development characteristics and application principle of multispectral image technology are mainly introduced, the current research of multispectral image technology as well as its application principle in foot testing are comprehensively analyzed, and then its application to current food testing and the specific research dynamics are discussed, and also the latest research dynamics and application of this technology in foreign countries are presented, aiming at providing a good basis for the development of China's food testing technology and promoting this technology to be better applied in China.
