Abstract:

As a main way of electric power equipment procurement, scientific and operational comprehensive assessing index system are essential for successful tendering and bidding. The background and significance of tendering procurement for electric power equipment are introduced in this paper. Aiming at the practice of tendering and bidding procurement, the model of selection of bidding scheme is set up based on value engineering. Empirical analysis of tendering procurement for coal mining machine and atomizing pump proved the feasibility of value engineering analysis in tendering and bidding.
