الملخص:
هدف البحث إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة.تكون مجتمع البحث من من جميع معلمات رياض الأطفال في المديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الكرخ/2، وقد بلغت عينة البحث ( 160) معلمة روضه ، قامت الباحثة ببناء استبانه تضم (50) فقره تمثل الاحتياجات التدريبية موزعه على خمس مجالات لمعايير الجودة الشاملة و بخمسه بدائل اجابه وبأوزان (1،2،3،4،5) على التوالي ، وبلغ معامل الصدق الظاهري للاستبانه (88% ) اما الثبات فقد بلغ بطريقه ألفا– كرونباخ (0،90) ، و توصل البحث الى تحديد (19) احتياج تدريبي ذو اهمية عالية جدا، والى وجود فروق ذات دلاله احصائية تعزى الى عدة متغيرات. واوصت الباحثة بتصميم برامج تدريبية لمعلمات رياض الاطفال الحكومية إثناء الخدمة وفقا لمعايير الجودة الشاملة. كما اقترحت اجراء دراسة عن مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في رياض الاطفال

Training needs of kindergarten teachers in accordance with the standards of comprehensive quality

Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify the training needs of kindergarten teachers in accordance with comprehensive quality standards. The research community is made up of all kindergarten teachers in the General Directorate of Baghdad Karkh/2, and the research sample (160) was a kindergarten teacher, the researcher built a questionnaire comprising (50) paragraphs representing training needs distributed in five areas of comprehensive quality standards and five alternatives answered and weights (1,2,3,4,5) respectively The apparent honesty factor of the identification (88%) was 88%, but stability was in the manner of Alpha-Kronbach (0.90), and the research found that (19) training needs are of very high importance, and that there are statistically significant differences due to several variables. The researcher recommended designingtraining programs for government kindergarten teachers to discourage service in accordance withcomprehensive quality standards.
