gitflower: a Python toolbox to collect checksum-verified files and assemble workflows.
Description
gitflower allows you to fetch files from different git repositories into one common file structure.
This enables you to produce single files ("workflow descriptions"), which allow other users to reproduce your workflow in every detail.
Development is happening here: https://gitlab.com/rgiessmann/gitflower
Used for example in:
- Giessmann, R.T.; Krausch, N.; Kaspar, F.; Cruz Bournazou, M.N.; Wagner, A.; Neubauer, P.; Gimpel, M. Dynamic Modelling of Phosphorolytic Cleavage Catalyzed by Pyrimidine-Nucleoside Phosphorylase. Processes 2019, 7, 380. doi: 10.3390/pr7060380
