Metabolomics dataset for identification of metabolites associated with survival in lung cancer patients under treatment

Description
Non small cell lung cancer patients' serum samples were collected before treatment. The samples were analyzed by metabolomics using high resolution NMR and untargeted lipidomics using high resolution UPLC-MS. The data was used to identify the predictors of overall survival in the patients after they underwent treatment.
