Fourth factsheet of the RIVEAL project. Starts a series of information documents introducing the biological elements considered for analysis in the project’s tasks. This factsheet – Macrophytes – features aquatic photosynthetic organisms large enough to see with the naked eye, that live in or near the water. In the RIVEAL project, macrophytes include hydrophytes, helophytes and riparian species.
