The data used to perform the analyses in this study are included in four files:
1) A spreadsheet containing environmental metadata for sample sites and, where appropriate, individual plots.
2) A spreadsheet containing plant species occurrences within sampled communities.
3) Three spreadsheets containing fungal OTU occurrences within sampled communities (all fungal OTUs, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal OTUs, ectomycorrhizal fungal OTUs).
4) Three spreadsheets containing taxonomic annotations associated with OTUs in (3).

Methodologies can be found in the associated publication (details to be provided here when available).
