Apologies to all of you who attended the June workshop (or
who didn't, and have been wondering what became of it!).  
The minutes of the meeting are available at
http://www.bic.org.uk/rights (along with various other
useful papers).   The group from Xerox, Yankee and Vista
have received lots of contracts and other
agreements for their project - thanks to everyone who helped
with this - and are meeting this week;  I hope they will
have something to report next week.   All
those who can make it will be welcome to a routine meeting
in London on 25 September - details to follow very shortly.
