[Ref-Links] A DOI Services Network

As the enhanced linking possibilities for DOI become more of a reality the
draft document

     "A DOI Services Network, or Deploying Strategic Links over the
Internet"

may be of some interest. (Please excuse the cross-posting.) Aim is to
briefly describe current DOI services and where XML, OpenURL, etc fit in.
No tech talk, the (colour) pictures tell it all :-).
