Colleagues,

I am pleased to say that the Report of the Workshop on Linkage from
Citations to Electronic Journal Literature is now available online.  You
can find it by pointing your browser to the workshop web page at
http://www.niso.org/linkge.html.  While you are there, please notice that
several of the presentations from the workshop are also online.  Thanks
very much to Mark Needleman for producing the report and to members of the
Workshop Steering Committee who contributed notes and editorial help.
Thanks also to the NISO staff for the nice formatting job.

I urge you to read through the report.  To those who attended the workshop:
we would be very interested in your comments and especially notice of any
errors or omissions in the report.  Those who did not attend the meeting,
please ask your colleagues on this list for clarification or elaboration of
points that puzzle or intrigue you as you read through the report.
