[Ref-Links] Correction

       Apologies. The link application at AIP at http://ojps.aip.org:18000/link
is NOT in beta, it is in production. We expect to enhance the content and look
of the FAQ substantially. My reference to beta merely reflected the developers
concern (mine) that it had only recently been released to the general public.

So few people wrote to mention their public link facilities that a list would
not
be useful to post at this time. Mark Doyle referred to Eric Hellman's list at
http://www.openly.com and indeed that list contains more and better
information than I gathered from my post.
