Skin manifestations of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma are characterized by solitary, large dense cyanotic tumors most oftenly localized in the lower extremities. Erythroderma is the inflammatory disease of skin involving more than 90% of the body. There are a lot of etiological factors of eryhtroderma, however most often this state is preceded by an eczema, drug sensibilization, the T-cell lymphoma of skin, photosensitization. In addition, we described an unusual erythroderma case, arisen against the background of specific therapy of a nonhodjkin lymphoma, namely a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. In this case the changes in the patient's skin and morphological features of the disease didn't correspond to the main diagnosis. Besides, histological signs characterized two different processes, which led to the establishment of the
diagnosis only after the immunohistochemical research. All these facts are surveyed and discussed in this article.
