[Metadata] More on the D-Lib article

Further to my earlier e-mail today notifying of the interesting DLib article
on metadata,  please note that the article contains a link to
www.indecs.org, which is not yet live, and is unlikely to be live for
another month, owing to DNS administration issues.   What is currently up
- and I encourage you to take a look - is 
http://www.alcs.co.uk/indecs/.  (This will be migrated to
www.indecs.org as soon as allowable)
