[Ref-Links] new paper on SFX reference linking

A third paper on the SFX reference linking research is available in
D-Lib Magazine on October 15th.  It describes an important
generalization of the SFX solution, as introduced in the "SFX@Ghent &
SFX@LANL" experiment.  In that experiment, the Los Alamos National
Laboratory and the University of Ghent have cooperated with APS/PROLA
and Wiley InterScience to illustrate the feasibility of the SFX approach
to deliver extended services (amongst others links from citations to
full-text) in complex and highly distributed digital library
environments.  The paper can provide inspiration to conceive solutions
that address the "Harvard problem".
