LinkBaton User Preference Engines Co-Located With Globix

NEW YORK - January 7 ,2000 - Openly Informatics today announced that 
it has contracted with Globix Corporation (NASDAQ:GBIX) to provide 
Co-Location for Openly's LinkBaton User Preference Engines 
(LinkBaton.com) at Globix Corporation's Internet Data Center in New 
York City.

LinkBaton is a service which lets Internet publishers make virtual 
hyperlinks to sites, such as local libraries, selected by users. The 
first implementation offers hyperlinking to books based on their 
International Standard Book Number (ISBN).

Connected to the Globix redundant, fiber-optic network, the 
state-of-the-art Globix Internet Data Center offers a specially 
designed environment for co-locating and hosting servers.  By housing 
its servers at Globix, Openly will be able to provide LinkBaton 
service quickly, reliably and securely - even during peak business 
hours or under emergency situations, such as power outages.
